Mitchell & Associate Racing is a international motorcycle roadracing team that currently races in the USA and Europe. Our first year of roadracing was exceptional. During that time we accumulated enough points and victories to advance three levels--from amateur to junior, to expert status in only one season. We also won the AMA National Amateur Middleweight Grand Prix title. We also acquired enough advancement points to obtain our "PRO" & "FIM" license in an effort to continue our success on professional level.

The AMA and FUSA series are premier road-course motorcycle racing series in the United States. The competition is so fierce that it takes tremendous effort to win the overall series championship. We are always seeking additional advertisers, financial assistance, and merchandise discounts from parts suppliers.

MV Agusta & CRC

We are please to announce our partnership with MV Agusta this year. MV Agusta is the most successful name in motorcycle road racing and has won more championships than any other motorcycle brand. The name MV Agusta evokes memories of a bygone age where nearly every race winner, every world champion rode the same type of motorcycle - MV Augusta. No other manufacturer has equaled their record of 75 world championships, 270 Grand Prix victories and a total of 3027 victories in the various different biking disciplines.

MV took the legendary racer, Giacomo Agostini, to thirteen of his fifteen world championship titles. It's history spans a period from the 1940's to the present day. The marque did fade away during the late seventies, only to be resurrected in the mid '90's. In 1995 Claudio Castiglioni, CEO of the Cagiva Groupe, buys the rights to use the MV Agusta name and puts his top designer, Massimo Tamburini on the project. Tamburini designed the incredibly successful Ducati 916 as well as several Bimota's. Together they took on the challenge of creating this new motorcycle to re-launch the historic MV brand. Needless to say the MV Agusta F4 delivers the Italian style, beauty, attitude, and performance people have come to expect.

Marketing Accomplishments

1. Won the ACU International Team Award at this year’s Isle of Man TT races. This award is given to a 3-person team not affiliated with the ACU who complete the total distance of the race in the shortest aggregate time. There were 792 entries from 20 countries at this year’s TT. We captured the coveted award in the junior / 600 Supersport race.

2. Featured in 1998, 1999 & 2002 Speedvision 2-hour Island of Man TT reviews. At last count these features have appeared over 108 times. That’s 216 viewing hours for the three years. Speedvision currently has over 1.5 million subscribers in the United States. Multiple this number by 1.5 million subscribers and you achieve a significant amount of viewing impressions.

3. Mitchell & Associates Racing appeared at four International Motorcycle Shows. California, New York, Chicago, and Daytona. We run a grass roots effort, and also formed a supporters club for our team. We signed up over 500 members, and sold over 550 t-shirts. We hope to double this number in the up coming year. We mail out a quarterly newsletter to our members and we maintain a website at “www.dm8.com” which has a banner ad for your company and link to your company website. Our well-publicized effort garnered large amounts of American media attention in which we also brought attention to your product. Already we have a large following, and a number of sponsors.

4. In 1997 won the AMA Amateur National Championship in the Middleweight Grand Prix class, finihed 2nd in season standings in the Heavyweight Superbike class, and finished 3rd in season standings in the Middleweight Superbike class. I was also selected as the 1998 Lockhart Phillips Privateer of the year.
